Stay on top of your messaging with detailed reports that cover the status of every number you've contacted in the past 30 days.
Steps to Export Your Report:
- Navigate to the Reports: Start by heading over to the 'Sent Report' page.
- Initiate the Export: Towards the top of the page, you'll spot the 'Export Report' option. Click on it.
- Specify the Date Range: Fill in the desired 'start' and 'end' dates for which you want to retrieve the data.
- Click to Export: Once you've filled in the dates, hit the 'export' button.
- Monitor Export Status: On the right-hand side, you can track the status of your exported report.
- Pending: This indicates that the system is currently processing your request and your file isn't ready for download.
- Ready: Once you see this status, your report is ready for download. Simply click on the provided link to download your report. The report will be compressed in a ZIP folder, and inside you'll find your log in a user-friendly CSV format.
- Note: For security purposes, report exports are limited to data from the past 30 days only. This ensures the confidentiality and integrity of your communication records.
